The Listener is less easy to measure: here are 2 thoughts
Human hearing FR changes with loudness i.e louder=bassier
It is possible to plot percieved loudness curves from the listener by getting the listener to attenuate to an even level a series of tones, provided the tones are randomly selected, and their initial level. this
way - by noting the real attenuation - the listener's loudness curve can be plotted.
As we all should know, we are more receptive to Mid frequencies (2-5khz), and far less at very low frequencies, excepting deafening volumes.

In typical hi-fi mid freq levels of 60dB, for equal loudness the bass would need lifting from 500hz @20dB/octave.
In practice - there is no point compensating for hearing sensitivity because it is a constant for both live and reproduced performance, and so should not be affecting the result.
